Orders will be shipped via Australia Post. There is a flat rate of $5.95 for postage within Australia.
Doesn't matter if you order one product or ten, it's the same low price! Why not select a few items while you're shopping and save on postage costs?.
For international orders, we will email you the postage cost before processing payment and sending order.
Delivery times
As soon as we're able to process payment for your order, we aim to dispatch it within 48 hours. On average, you can expect your order to be delivered:
Within Australia 3-7 days
International 7-10 days
Please contact us if you have not received your order in this time. Express postage can be arranged at additional charge - please ask for cost.
If you have any problems with your order when it arrives please contact us ASAP.
Return Policy
We are happy to accept returns within 14 days of purchase, provided the item has been unopened, unworn or unwashed and still in original packaging. A credit note will be given less postage costs. No exchanges will be accepted after 30 days.
Faulty items must be returned to Boy Girl Dog within 14 days of the purchase date to be eligible for replacement or refund. Items will be replaced with the same item originally purchased. For items that cannot be replaced, a full refund will be offered.
We can refund you in the following ways:
- refund your credit card
- direct deposit into your account
To exchange an item(s), please email us at info@boygirldog.com.au and and we'll assist you with further instructions on how to proceed. When an item is exchanged, you will be responsible for the extra postage charges.
